From July 8 to August 30, students of age 5-12 may participate in the Summer Enrichment Program for a week or any combination of multiple weeks. Each week there are two sessions available, Morning Session from 10-12pm andAfternoon Session from 1-3pm. The program will focus on a specific theme each week. Students will be immersed in hands-on musical experience through singing, rhythmic games, instrument exploration, creative movements, and more.

All themes are designed to enlighten young people about classical music and to maintain interest. The weekly themes will be offered in the following schedule.  

Each 2-hour session will include one music class and one creative activity. Music classes may include Instruments Exploration, Vocal Ensemble, Piano Group Class, Violin Group Class, Drums Group Class, Guitar Group Class, and Musicianship. Activities may include creative movements (dance, yoga, Zumba), arts, and craft making. Class offerings and availability are subject to change.

The Summer Intensive Program for Piano and Strings is a 2-week intensive program, specifically designed for students of intermediate to advanced levels. The program is intended to broaden and strengthen students’ musical knowledge in all areas. In addition to chamber ensemble, there will be group lessons, ear training, theory, composition, and supervised practice sessions. Students will perform in a mini recital at the end of each session. 

This 5-day program is intended to introduce students to the beginning concept of piano studies as well as basic musicianship. Each day classes will focus on finger coordination, proper hand position, rhythms, music-reading skills, and ear training.
