A native of South Korea, pianist Jae Hee Min started playing piano at the age of five. She was accepted to Juilliard’s pre-college division at a young age and later earned her bachelor and master of music degrees from Manhattan School of Music. She currently is pursuing her doctoral degree at Rutgers University.
Ms. Min has performed a wide range of solo and chamber works. She has attended numerous festivals worldwide, and has performed at Carnegie Hall, Zankel Hell, Seoul National Grand Theater, Yurim Recital Hall, and Hoam Arts Center, to name a few. She has won numerous competitions in Korea, U.S., and Spain, including 1st prizes at The Puigcerda International Piano Competition, at Brooklyn Arts Council Music Competition, at YWCA Music Competition, at The NY Korea Times Competition, and The Music Journal Competition in Korea.
