Ms. Grace Heeeun Lim, a native of SouthKorea, completed her bachelor and master of music degrees at Manhattan School of Music under the tutelage of Issac Malkin and Daniel Avshalomov. As an experienced educator, she has been teaching violin and viola to students of all ages in New York since 2007. Ms. Lim incorporates both the traditional and Suzuki methods to ensure that the students develop good rhythms, phrasings, and beautiful tone by ear. She also believes in promoting lifelong enjoyment in music by helping her students to achieve their musical interest and goals.
As an active soloist and chamber musician, she has performed around the world with various ensembles, including Seoul philharmonic Orchestra and Korean American Symphony at Seoul Arts Center in Korea, as well as presenting numerous solo recitals in the U.S.
