Meet The Instruments

Through hands-on experience, students develop an awareness of the differences among instruments. Throughout the program, children will be introduced to at least one instrument from each of the four families of musical instruments. The four families of musical instruments include percussion (piano, drums), strings (violin, cello, guitar), woodwinds (flute) and brass (trumpet). This class also focuses on rhythm, music vocabulary, and musical concepts such as fast and slow, high and low, and loud and soft.

Enrollment is limited. Registration is accepted on first-come, first-served basis.
